I don't just build online stores. I help run them. My experience comes from working hands-on with ecommerce operations every day. I've managed products, pricing, inventory, orders, launches, reporting, and the constant storefront work that keeps a store current, running smoothly, and selling.
I tend to look at ecommerce from both sides: what customers see and experience when they visit your store, and what has to happen behind the scenes to turn those visits into purchases, repeat customers, and long-term supporters.
I'm comfortable with the practical, repetitive work, cleaning up the messy parts, and solving the weird problems that inevitably come with running an online store.
